FLAVOUR: Late Night Snack

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE: Vanilla ice cream with chunks of fudge & potato chip crisps

COMMENTS: The potato chunks are kind of weird…give the ice cream a weird salty flavour, which somewhat balances out the sweetness but is still weird.

I talk about and idly entertain the idea of doing NGO work overseas at some point, but I know nothing about it. If I do one day, I think I’ll need to re-read this. In any case, this is a good reminder that I need to be less selfish. Lose the naivete, yes, but learn that selflessness and survival aren’t mutually exclusive.
